3. What is the return policy?

Cultr accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website within 30 days of the purchase, as long as there are no visible signs of damage and the original packaging is intact. Please note that certain items, such as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from being returned.

4. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

5. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
